One plan. One price. Nothing important left open.
Most families do not need “a will”. They need to know that whatever happens — tonight, or in thirty years — the people they love are looked after and nobody is left guessing.
Our packs put the right documents together in one appointment, for less than buying them one at a time. Your adviser prepares everything, checks it, and shows you exactly how to sign it.
Which one fits your family?
All prices include VAT. Office of the Public Guardian fees are paid by you directly and are never part of our fee.

The gap is never the will. It is everything around it.
A will is only half the story
It works when you die.
An LPA works while you are alive — and that is the document families wish they had when a parent has a stroke at 62.
Your executors will thank you
Months of searching, avoided.
The Executor Pack lists every account, policy and pension in one place, with a step-by-step guide to the job.
A lost will is the same as no will
Kept safe, findable, registered.
We register your will and can deposit the original with the court, so it cannot quietly disappear in a house move.
Life will change
And your will will not, unless you change it.
A year of document care is included in every pack: a reminder, a review and safe storage.
Four steps, and we do the heavy lifting
Tell us about your family
A relaxed conversation by video, phone or at your kitchen table. No forms to wrestle with.
We build your plan
Your adviser recommends the pack that fits, quotes a fixed price and answers the awkward questions honestly.
We prepare and check
Everything is drafted, checked and explained before you sign anything. One round of changes is included.
Signed, registered, safe
Clear signing instructions, registration and storage, and a reminder when it is time to review.
Before you choose
Can I start with a will and add the rest later?
Yes. Many clients start with a will and add LPAs a few weeks later. The pack simply costs less than buying the same documents one at a time.
What are the OPG fees?
The Office of the Public Guardian charges £92 to register each Lasting Power of Attorney. You pay that directly to them, not to us. A reduced fee or an exemption may apply on a low income or certain benefits.
Do we both have to be there?
For a couple, yes — we ask each of you the questions separately, because assuming both partners want the same thing is how mistakes happen.
What if my situation is complicated?
Say so early. Property owned jointly or abroad, a business, a previous marriage or a vulnerable beneficiary all change the advice, and some of it involves our solicitor partners.
How quickly can it be done?
Most drafts are ready within five working days of your appointment. Ask about our express service if you need it sooner.
Ready when you are
Tell us what you need and we will match you with an adviser covering your part of England or Wales.
