Turn the conversations you already have into a real income
Help the people who trust you put wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and property protection in place. We train and certify you, give you a system that does the admin, and draft, check and deliver every document. You have the conversation.
Free training. £149 when you qualify. First month free, then £99 a month.
Wherever you are starting from
Some people come to us with no experience and a lot of people who trust them. Others are already advisers and want to give their clients more. The system is the same; the first steps are not.
You want to start, but you don’t know how
You do not need a legal background. You need people who trust you and the willingness to ask a few honest questions. We teach the rest.
- We teach you the job. What each document does, who it is for, and why it matters, in plain English.
- You are certified before your first client. Every module ends in a test you have to pass.
- The meeting is scripted for you. The fact find tells you what to ask next, so you are never stuck.
- You start with people you know. Family, friends, your community, your Facebook. We show you how to raise it without it feeling like selling.
- You are not on your own. A weekly group call with the network lead: where you are stuck and how we can help.
Good fit: career changers, parents returning to work, community professionals, translators, anyone who is trusted and organised.
Your clients already need this
Mortgage, protection and insurance advisers, accountants and bookkeepers: you already sit with people when they buy a home, take out cover or plan a business. A will and LPAs belong in that conversation.
- The admin does itself. Guided fact find, drafting with checks, automatic tasks and reminders. No templates, no Word files.
- Clients do their part from their phone. They can answer their will and LPA questions themselves, upload documents and see their progress in the portal.
- Short time per case. You advise and approve; we draft, check and deliver.
- Your clients stay your clients. You keep a share of the fee on every case you complete.
- Bigger cases when you are ready. Property and trust packs drafted through our panel of solicitors.
Already with another firm? Check your current agreement allows outside work. Many advisers run this alongside what they already do.
A real system, not a folder of templates
Everything runs through the WWN Adviser Hub: your clients, your cases, the fact find, the drafting and the checks. Click any screen to open it full size.

Step by step through a case

Screens show test data only.
Less admin. More conversations.
Whether this is your first job of this kind or you have advised for twenty years, the time goes into the conversation, not the paperwork.
A guided fact find
Nine steps, the questions to ask and the rule behind each answer. It records who was in the room, and it switches the guidance off when you share your screen.
Drafting with the checks built in
Your answers become drafted documents. Drafting stops if a full account number is written down, and complex cases (assets abroad, a business, capacity worries) are flagged for review or referral.
Self-guided client questions
Clients can answer their will and LPA questions themselves, one question per screen, with plain-English explanations. Their answers go straight into the case for you to check.
“What we need from you”
The portal works out what is still missing and shows the client. They tick off what only they can confirm and upload photos, and you are told. No more chasing.
Your profile and branded materials
Your adviser profile, email signature, booking link and calendar feed, plus a marketing library of approved posts, emails and WhatsApp messages ready to send.
Invoicing and instalments
Invoices issued from the system, with interest-free instalments for clients (up to three payments). Official fees are collected and paid on the client’s behalf.
Help on every screen
An “Ask for help” button files the page you are on and a screenshot to the central team. The answer comes back as a notification.
Secure by default
Two-factor sign-in, clients who only ever see their own documents, and a record of who opened or changed what.
Everything in one place, on their phone
Your client gets their own portal. It is how they stay informed between meetings, and it is what makes them recommend you.
- Where things are. The stage of their case and what happens next.
- Their adviser. Your card with call, WhatsApp, email and your booking link.
- What we need from you. A short list they can tick off.
- Their documents. Drafts to approve and final documents, in plain English.
- Send us photos. Uploads straight to the case instead of email.
- Signing done right. A signing guide, and a check on the signed pages so a witness mistake does not void the will.
- After the documents. Print and post if they want it, and yearly document care with review reminders.
You are certified before you sit with a family
The WWN Academy is a proper course: online, at your own pace, written for people with no legal background, and assessed module by module. Experienced advisers move through the familiar parts quickly and spend their time on what is new.

Your certificate carries a number and is issued in your legal name once your identity, address, right to work and a basic DBS check are done.
What it takes
This is real work with real responsibility. Better you know now.
Certification first
You train and pass the tests before you see a client. Nobody skips it, however experienced.
Your own contacts first
There are no leads at the start. Your first clients come from people you know, your community and, if you are an adviser, your existing clients. Leads are earned later, through activity.
Time to the first case
Expect weeks, not days, between certification and your first completed case. How quickly depends on the conversations you have.
Self-employed
No salary and no employment. You run your own diary and you are paid on what you complete.
If you will have the conversations, we will do everything else.
Your first 30 days
Your first month of membership is free. It is your launch: what you do in it is how we both decide whether you continue.
- CertifiedYour Hub, profile and email are set up.
- Your contactsBring your contacts into the Hub.
- Your list of 50The people most likely to need a will or LPAs.
- 10 conversationsUsing the approved messages from the library.
- Your first caseWith support on hand from the first meeting to signed documents.
Every week: a group call with the network lead for new members. Where you are stuck, and how we can help.
Paid on every case you complete
You keep a share of the net fee on everything you complete. No targets to start, and no cap.
- Packs, not single documents. Most families need a will and LPAs together, so one appointment is worth having.
- Add-ons and yearly care. Print and post, advance decisions, court deposit and yearly document care are paid work too.
- Repeat business. Clients come back for LPAs and reviews, and they send you their parents.
- Property and trust packs. The bigger cases, drafted through our panel of solicitors, with a fixed payment per completed case.
Your share and the current prices are set out in the adviser agreement and the fees schedule, and we go through them on your first call.
A couple’s Complete pack
Two mirror wills and four Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- One meeting, about 90 minutes. You follow the guided fact find with both of them. Or they answer the questions themselves in the portal first, and you check.
- Drafts the same day. The system drafts both wills and the LPAs and runs the checks.
- They approve in the portal. Questions come back to you, not lost in email.
- Signing. They follow the signing guide and upload photos of the signed pages. We check the witnesses before the LPAs go to the Office of the Public Guardian.
- Done. Wills registered, documents in their portal, yearly care offered. You are paid when they pay.
Free to train. One fee when you qualify. Then one membership.

Questions
Can I do this part-time?
Yes. Many members start with a few evenings a week. Income follows the conversations you have, so part-time means slower, not impossible.
How long is the training?
It is online and at your own pace. Each module ends in a test; you are certified when you pass the last one. People new to this take longer than experienced advisers, and that is expected.
What does a typical case involve?
One meeting with the guided fact find (or the client answers in the portal first), drafts produced by the system, the client approves in their portal, then signing with our guide and a check of the signed pages. See the worked example above.
Who writes the documents?
Our drafting system, from your fact find, using templates we maintain centrally. You check and approve. Trust deeds, Land Registry work and probate are done by the solicitors on our panel.
Do I need my own insurance?
No. Professional indemnity cover for your will and LPA work is included in your membership.
What if a case is complicated?
The system flags it (assets abroad, a business, a blended family, capacity worries) and it goes for review or referral. You are never left to guess, and the “Ask for help” button is on every screen.
I am already an adviser with another firm. Can I do this too?
Often, yes, if your current agreement allows outside work. Check first. Your clients stay your clients; you keep a share of every case you complete.
Will I be given leads?
Not at the start. Your first clients come from your own contacts and community. Leads are earned later, through activity.
Can I work anywhere in the UK?
You can live anywhere in the UK. Clients must be in England or Wales; anyone in Scotland or Northern Ireland is referred elsewhere.
Can I work in my own language?
Yes, you can hold the conversation in your client’s language. Training and the documents themselves are in English.
What happens if I stop?
Membership is month to month. The adviser agreement sets out how open cases are completed, so no client is left part-way through.
Tell us about yourself
Two minutes now. If you can start soon, we will call you within one working day. If later, we will send you the training link and check back.
You would be self-employed under an adviser agreement. Nothing on this page is an offer of employment. Terms current at October 2026.
Questions before you apply?
Ask anything on WhatsApp: how much time it takes, how the training works, what the first month really looks like.
